Bank integration

With the help of bank integration, information about transactions to and from the bank account is fetched into the system. This is done completely automatically at night time, through the communication channels of the bank.

The bank integration is making the system significantly more powerful, since it is increasing the rate of automation to a large extent. For the time being, the system is supporting the banks Sparbanken, Andelsbanken and Nordea.

After information about the bank transactions have been fetched, the following steps are executed automatically. The system will use rules and instructions according to the previous transactions, in order to identify and classify the following ones. This means that for example a payment from a customer is automatically registred in the sales ledger, and is automtically booked to the right account as well. In addition to that, it is also possible to make the system book payments for rent and other regularly occuring payments automatically.
